DESCRIPTION
Plans, implements, tests, documents, and maintains solutions for the integration and testing of in-house developed and COTS/GOTS components, elements, subsystems and/or systems. Synthesizes customer contractual needs and requirements into system test solutions that acknowledge technical, schedule and cost constraints. Establishes functional and technical specifications and standards, solves hardware/software interface problems, defines input/output parameters, and ensures integration of the entire system or subsystem. Reviews, evaluates and derives requirements for testability, develops and directs preparation and execution of comprehensive test plans, procedures and schedules for complete systems and/or subsystems. Coordinates subsystem and/or system testing activities with programs and other organizations. Performs analysis of test results and prepares comprehensive subsystem and/or system level evaluation reports which verify and validate system performance. Writes discrepancy reports and performs integration regression testing to verify/validate incorporated fixes to software, components, subsystems and systems.
PSCI is seeking a System Integration and Test Generalist for an Electro-Optical development/production program.
Specific tasks include:
- Supporting overall sensor System Integration, Qualification and Verification
- Developing and executing Subsystem/System-level tests
- Support preparation of test equipment and facilities required for test events, including SW development
- Perform Environmental Testing (ESS, EMI, Thermal, etc) and Acceptance Testing (ATP, FTP)
- Perform environmental qualification and EMI testing at the subsystem and system level as required
- Support maintenance of ICDs in concert with other functional groups
- Support test readiness preparation and test readiness reviews,
- Support ground and flight test events as required.
- Additional responsibilities include coordinating test events with Reliability, Software, Electrical, and Mechanical functional organizations.
**Role is 100% onsite at Jacksonville FL Depot with 4-6 weeks of Orlando training (business travel) prior***
Work Location: 6801 Roosevelt Blvd, Jacksonville, FL 32212
Approx 4-6 weeks of training (depending on candidate readiness) will be provided onsite at LM-MFC Orlando prior to transitioning to Jacksonville.
Candidate will be eligible to process travel expense reimbursement for their travel to/from Orlando during the training period and candidates are expected to live in/near Jacksonville once the training is completed and the position starts in Jacksonville, FL.
Daily expenses commuting to/from Jacksonville after the training period are not covered as business travel. **

MANDATORY
- 2 - 4 Years experience with EO Sensor Development/Testing.
- 2 - 6 Years experience of Electronic Testing.
- 2 - 6 Years experience of Mechanical Testing.
- 2 - 6 Years experience of Test Equipment Design.
- 4 - 6 Years experience with Software Development (C, C++, LabView preferred).
- 4 - 6 Years experience with Production.
DESIRED
- Demonstrated missile/sensor/platform integration experience.
