22013-1 Inventory/Materials Ast Level 2, Orlando, FL (Secret/Ability to Obtain)

DESCRIPTION:
Compiles records concerned with quantity, cost, and type of material received, in stock, or issued.
Requisitions needed supplies; verifies material received to determine irregularities in order; inspects articles and rejects defective ones.
Prepares inventory records and reports and investigates discrepancies in stock counts.
  • Support Integrated Supply Management (ISM) operations in the areas of PHS&T (Packaging, Handling, Storage, & Transportation) to include Shipping/Receiving and Inventory Management.
  • Compiles records concerned with quantity, cost, and type of material received, in stock, or issued.
  • Requisitions needed Shipping supplies; verifies Material/Assets received to determine irregularities in order; inspects articles and rejects defective assets.
  • Prepares Inventory Records and reports and investigates discrepancies in stock quantities, condition, and account.
  • Must be US Citizen.
  • Active Secret Clearance or Ability to Obtain.
  • 4/10 Work Week.

MANDATORY:
  • Candidate must have at least 3 years experience using a Forklift and/or Pallet Stacker.
  • Candidate must have at least 3 years experience with Shipping/Receiving warehouse operations.
  • Candidate must have at least 3 years Warehousing experience.
  • Candidate must have at least 3 years experience with MS Office applications (MS Word, MS Excel, MS Outlook, MS PowerPoint).
  • Ability to lift up to 35 lbs.
  • Able to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Ability to operate a Box Truck with a gross vehicle weight up to 26,000 lbs. (non-CDL) with 40 lb. lift gate.

DESIRED:
  • Experience packaging items for shipment to both commercial and military standards.
  • Calibration Management.
  • Prior experience utilizing Inventory Management software.
  • Basic understanding of U.S. Army supply operations.
  • Experience driving a 24ft Box Truck with lift gate.
  • Prior Military experience.
